Grateful for Adam and Duke’s help
Adam came to our condo on a Sunday to inspect a musty smell coming from our AC. We had a previous company inspect the AC and they told us nothing was wrong, but Adam found mold and immediately came up with a solution to fix the problem. We are so grateful he came to help us, as we have a new baby and we were living with mold running through our vents. After being told everything was fine, we are so thankful for Adam and Duke’s for finding the problem and a quick solution. Adam even offered to come back if there were any issues. Though recently established as a company, their team’s responsiveness and professionalism proves the worth of their combined decades of experience in the AC industry. Dukes customer service is the best I’ve experienced in all my AC issues over the years in an older home. It’s frustrating in the heat when the air is clogged or leaks or stops working. Dukes was immediately responsive and on site within an hour. My system was old, and we fixed it a few times, but those were band-aids, so I decided to replace all the ductwork with Dukes. They were very supportive, never pushy, very honest about my options and made me completely comfortable with the choice to replace it all. I highly recommend them!

Duke's Air Condition and Heating is a company I highly recommend. We bought a house that needed two new AC units. I called Duke’s Air Condition and Heating and spoke to Richard. He ordered two new units, and he and his crew showed up and got the job done. Richard and his crew are very professional. My daughter just bought a condo, and we wanted the AC checked out as the unit was not blowing cold air, and we called Duke's Air Condition to help us out. Richard's guys showed up, checked out the unit, explained that the unit needed Freon, the coil needed to be cleaned, and they put on a new thermostat. My daughter is so happy her new place is cool. This company is honest, reliable, and professional, and I will recommend them to family and friends.

I have multiple friends in the business. I needed some custom AC ducting done, along with a perch and some other work. My contractor is very picky and precise. He felt comfortable with Mr. Bubba Black, and the process was underway. We got to a point where we were not going to have AC as expected that night. My daughter had a fever, and my wife was not feeling well either. Bubba rounded up a secondary crew and personally came as well to make sure our house was cold that night, and everyone could sleep comfortably. The teamwork and 'no quit' effort was second to none.
