Super happy with Dukes A/c!! My AC went out on a Thursday evening and it was up and running within an hour. Response time was great. Technicians very helpful. Kept me calm and explained what the issues were along with fixing it.
My dad had a problem and they were right there. We already have a contract with them. Very knowledgeable with what they sell. We just had this air purifier thing added to our unit. Allergies be gone!!!! With 3 dogs and a couple of us allergic to lots of stuff I really appreciate the guys mentioning this unit to me. There is no up selling. No pressure to add anything when you just get a tuneup. I appreciate that so much. Other companies push and I think just make up stuff they can sell you. These guys don’t.
Duke’s Air Conditioning & Heating delivered excellent service to customize our cooling comfort. We live in an older home (est. 1961) in a great neighborhood in Tequesta. Duke’s optimized our entire house from ducts, vents, and maintenance on existing coils/AC to ensure we had proper flow of clean air to all areas of the house including our garage. I would definitely recommend Duke’s to inspect/maintain/improve your air conditioning and heating system.
